#KAAN2023 REGISTRATION

KAAN 2023 Registration and Event App
 

KAAN23 will be using the event app Sched for registration and the conference event app. Before registering, please make note of the following:

• All tickets must be purchased through Sched.

• ​​You may only purchase one ticket per account/transaction and each account needs a unique email address. If you wish to purchase more than one ticket, please create a Sched account with a unique email address for each ticket.

• If you are an adult adoptee who would like to register for KAAN23 and attend the adoptee dinner on Friday, please purchase a ticket with the adoptee dinner included. You cannot purchase the adoptee dinner on a separate transaction.

• Youth attendees require a unique email address to register. After registering, KAAN recommends that all youth Sched profiles be set to Private.

• When registering for KAAN23, note whether you’ll need access in ASL. The deadline to request access in ASL has passed. Email scottie@wearekaan.org if you require access in ASL.

• If you have any questions or need help, email tech@wearekaan.org. Please add tech@wearekaan.org to your address book or check your spam folder to make sure you receive all confirmation emails.

KAAN 2023 Ticketing

Step 1: Purchase your ticket on Sched

Click the button below to register. If you already have a Sched account, log in. If you don’t have a Sched account, create a free account for each ticket purchase. Upon completion, Sched will email you a confirmation of your ticket purchase.

Step 2: Complete a Google Form

After purchasing a ticket on Sched, KAAN will send a second email, from tech@wearekaan.org, within 1-2 business days with a Google Form link to collect additional information. You must complete the Google Form for each attendee to complete your KAAN23 registration within 1-2 days of receiving the link to the Google Form. Make sure the email and name you use on the Google Form match the information you used to purchase your ticket on Sched. You will receive an email copy of your Google Form responses.

Once you have purchased your ticket on Sched, completed the Google Form, and received both email confirmations, you will have completed registering for KAAN23.
