The KAAN 2025 Conference took place at The Grand Hyatt in Atlanta, GA, on June 20-22. This year, the theme was “Growth & Change,” and as I mentioned on Friday (while accidentally scaring you into believing that I was stepping away!) I know I have grown and changed in a lot of ways personally, as a leader, and as an attendee this year. The time together each year pushes me to think about things in new ways that allow for more understanding and growth within myself. This year has been no different. This year, I am taking with me a deeper understanding of myself as a person who has the privilege to be in this position within our adoptee community. Thank you all for contributing to those memories and making #KAAN2025 what it was.
