CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Online registration is now closed.  KAAN welcomes walk-in registration and recommends an RSVP email be sent to register.kaan@gmail.com.  Walk-in payments can be made in cash or check only. 

*Does not include online payment processing fee.

**College students must provide a valid student ID upon check-in to the conference.  

***To assist with equitable access to the annual conference, each year KAAN offers a limited number of registration scholarships to adoptees who are at least 18 years of age. Individuals with demonstrated financial need and who are first-time KAAN participants are particularly encouraged to apply. Applications are due March 25. Recipients will be notified by April 5. 

 

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, you have several options:

  • Find a friend or family member to attend in your place (contact KAAN with your replacement).

  • Donate your registration fee to KAAN’s Scholarship Fund.

  • Cancellation refunds and fees: Cancel before April 15 and receive a full refund (minus $25 processing fee).  Cancel between April 16 and June 1 and receive a full refund (minus $100 processing fee). No refunds will be issued for cancellations made June 1 or later.  Refunds will be issued and mailed by check. Provide KAAN with your mailing address and phone number.

  • Contact Katie Bozek at director@kaanet.org to cancel a registration.
